DHS to Supplement H-2B Cap with Additional Visas in First Half of Fiscal Year

DHS and DOL announced a joint temporary final rule that will provide an additional 20,000 H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visas for FY2022. These will be set aside on or before March 31, 2022. Of the visas, 6,500 are reserved for nationals of Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
