DOL Notice on Allowable Monetary Charges for H-2A and H-2B Workers Meal and Travel Reimbursements
DOL notice for 2025 on the allowable charges that employers may charge H-2A agricultural workers when the employer provides three meals per day, as well as the maximum travel subsistence meal reimbursement that an H-2A or H-2B worker may claim. Notice includes a reminder regarding employers’ obligations with respect to overnight lodging costs as part of required subsistence and reasonable travel costs to and from the worksite.
