DOL and DHS Announce New Joint Rules for the H-2B Program

USCIS posted an alert stating that DOL and DHS have announced two new joint rules for the H-2B program—an interim final rule to reinstate and make improvements to the program and a final rule to establish the prevailing wage methodology for the program.
