DOL Released FAQs on Temporary Stay of the Court's Vacatur of 2008 Final Rule

DOL FAQs on its implementation of the temporary stay in Perez v. Perez. As a result of this stay, DOL has resumed processing of requests for H-2B prevailing wage determinations and applications for H-2B temporary non-agricultural labor certification until 4/15/15.
