Advance Copy of DOL Final Rule Amending H-2A Regulations

DOL posted an advance copy of a final rule amending the regulations governing the certification of agricultural labor or services to be performed by H-2A workers and enforcement of the contractual obligations applicable to employers of H-2A workers. The rule is pending publication in the Federal Register, and will be effective 30 days after publication.

 

 

Note: On January 20, 2021, this rule was withdrawn by DOL.
