DOL notice of availability and request for comments on proposed information collection for new attestation form required under the 12/2/24 DOL and DHS temporary final rule increasing the number of H-2B visas available in FY2025. The information collection request includes a new form, Attestation for Employers Seeking to Employ H–2B Nonimmigrant Workers under Section 105 of Division G, Title I of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024.
