DOL Responds to Stakeholder Requests to Raise H-2B Visa Cap for First Half of FY2022

DOL reminds stakeholders that the INA sets the cap on the annual number of citizens who can receive H-2B visas, and that DHS determines when the cap has been reached. USCIS reached the cap for the first half of FY2022 on 9/30/21. DOL will work with DHS to maintain operation of the H-2B program.
