DHS and DOS Proposed Rule on WHTI Land and Sea Ports-of-Entry Travel Document Requirements

DHS/DOS proposed rule on the second phase of WHTI. The new travel document requirements at land and sea ports-of-entry are expected to take effect as early as 01/08, but no sooner than 60 days from publication of the final rule. Comments due 8/27/07. (72 FR 35087, 6/26/07)
