DOS Final Rule on the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS)
DOS final rule parallel to the DHS final rule announced at 81 FR 72481 in order to create the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS). The rule is effective 11/29/16. DOS will accept comments on the rule until 12/19/16. (81 FR 72522, 10/20/16)
