DOS Interim Final Rule Requiring Passport Information from Diversity Visa Petitioners

DOS interim final rule to amend the regulations to require a petitioner submitting an entry to the Diversity Visa Program to include the unique serial or issuance number associated with the petitioner's valid, unexpired passport, with certain specified exceptions. The rule is effective 6/5/19, and DOS will also accept comments until 7/5/19. (84 FR 25989, 6/5/19)
