DOS Provides Information on National Interest Exceptions to Presidential Proclamation 10052
On February 24, 2021, DOS updated its information on situations in which national interest exceptions to Presidential Proclamation 10052 may be available to applicants in the H-1B, H-2B, J-1, L-1A, L-1B, H-4, L-2, and J-2 visa categories.
