2/22/19 AILA Doc. No. 19021932. Removal & Relief

On December 13, 2017, AILA and the American Immigration Council filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Among other requests, the FOIA specifically asked for the EOIR Strategic Caseload Reduction Plan as referenced in the Backgrounder on EOIR Strategic Caseload Reduction Plan that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) published on December 6, 2017.
