EOIR Releases OACHO Case Completion Goals

EOIR released a memo that memorialized case completion goals for the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO), stating that for cases filed on or after 12/21/18, the effective date of this memo, adjudicatory performance measures will be tracked by EOIR and audited periodically.
