Executive Order on Deregulatory Action Due to COVID-19

Executive Order issued 5/19/20 directing all federal agencies to rescind, modify, waive, or provide exemptions from regulations and other requirements that may inhibit economic recovery in response to COVID-19. The guidance under this Executive Order may help shape the administration’s process in reviewing and modifying nonimmigrant programs in order to facilitate the hiring of U.S. workers.
