Executive Order Designating Ansar Allah as a Foreign Terrorist Organization

This executive order directs the Secretary of State, within 30 days of the date of the order, to submit a report to the President, through the National Security Council, concerning the designation of Ansar Allah, also known as the Houthis, as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO). Further, within 15 days after submitting the report, this executive order directs the Secretary of State to take all appropriate action, consistent with INA §219, with regard to designating Ansar Allah as a terrorist organization, among other actions.
