Executive Order Designating Cartels and Other Organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and Specially Designated Global Terrorists

On 1/20/25, President Trump issued Executive Order (EO) 14157, which orders that, within 14 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of DHS shall take all appropriate action, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to make operational preparations regarding implementation, among other actions.
