FEMA Message Regarding Immigration Enforcement at Relief Sites

DHS CRCL posted a statement from FEMA addressing the rumor regarding immigration enforcement by ICE and CBP at relief sites such as shelters or food banks. ICE and CBP will not conduct immigration enforcement at relief sites except if local law enforcement informs ICE of a “serious criminal alien.”
