DHS and DOL Announce Forthcoming Temporary Final Rule to Supplement H-2B Cap with Additional Visas

DHS and DOL announced that a forthcoming joint temporary final rule will make an additional 35,000 H-2B temporary nonagricultural visas available for the second half of FY2022. These will be set aside for employers seeking additional workers on or after April 1, 2022, through September 30, 2022.
