Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) interim final rule providing a procedure for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to suspend the introduction of persons into the United States from designated foreign countries or places for public health purposes. The interim final rule shall not apply to United States citizens or lawful permanent residents. The rule is effective at 11:59 pm (ET) on 3/20/20. Comments are due within 30 days of publication.
