On 5/11/17, Representative Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) introduced the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Authorization Act of 2017 (H.R. 2407), which seeks to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
