ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking.
The Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) has provided an advocacy partner toolkit, “Save ‘Duration of Status,’ Protect U.S. Health Care,” on the proposed visa rule change and its harmful impact on the healthcare sector of the economy.
NAFSA and the President’s Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration have provided a higher education “talking points” template comment for the proposed D/S rule. Use the template to draft comments on the proposed rule.
