USCIS Final Rule on Inflation Adjustment to Premium Processing Fees
USCIS final rule increasing premium processing fees to adjust for inflation as authorized by the USCIS Stabilization Act. Premium processing fees will increase from $1,500 to $1,685, $1,750 to $1,965, and $2,500 to $2,805. Requests for premium processing postmarked on or after 2/26/24 must include the new fee.
