DHS Provides Information on Completing Form I-9 for TPS Beneficiaries for Six Countries

Following the Federal Register notice announcing the extension of the validity of TPS-related documentation for TPS beneficiaries under the designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan, DHS provided a chart to determine which documents a current TPS beneficiary from these countries may present when completing Form I-9, as well as the new expiration date of their automatically extended EAD.
