OFLC Provides H-2B Application Filing Timelines for 2020 Peak Filing Season

OFLC reminds employers and stakeholders that the filing window to submit an H-2B application for Temporary Employment Certification requesting work start dates of April 1, 2020, or later, will open on January 2, 2020, at 12:00 am (ET). Applications filed before then will be denied.
