OIG Memo on DOJ Referral of Allegations of Potential Violations of 8 USC §1373 by Grant Recipients

DOJ OIG issued a memorandum with an update on steps taken in response to a Center for Immigration Studies study alleging that there were over 300 sanctuary jurisdictions that refused to comply with ICE detainers or otherwise impeded information sharing with federal immigration officials.
