Presidential Memo Announcing Regulatory Freeze Pending Review

Presidential memo to the heads of executive departments and agencies ordering certain actions, including not to propose or issue any rule in any manner, including by sending a rule to the Office of the Federal Register (OFR), until a department or agency head appointed or designated by President Trump after noon on 1/20/25 has reviewed and approved the rule, as well as to immediately withdraw any rules that have been sent to the OFR but have not been published in the Federal Register so that they can be reviewed and approved.
