Presidential Memo Extending the DED Wind-Down Period for Liberians
President Trump issued a memo extending the DED wind-down period for current Liberian DED beneficiaries through 1/10/211, “to facilitate uninterrupted work authorization” for those currently in the United States under DED who are eligible to apply for LPR status under the Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness (LRIF) provision of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2020.
