DOS Provides Guidance on Processing Posts for Visa Applicants from Ukraine

DOS announced that the U.S. Mission to Ukraine is not currently offering visa services. Effective immediately, Ukrainian IVs will be processed at Consulate General Frankfurt, including DV and K-1 visas. Information is also available on adoption cases, NIVs, transfers, and more.
