Senators Seek Clarity from DOS and DHS on the Travel Ban Waiver Process

On 1/31/18, Senators Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) and Jeff Flake (R-AZ) sent a letter to DOS Secretary Tillerson and DHS Secretary Nielsen demanding clarity regarding the processing of waivers for individuals impacted by Presidential Proclamation 9645 (Travel Ban 3.0). The senators requested a response by 2/7/18.
