Proclamation on the Suspension of Entry as Nonimmigrants of Certain Students and Researchers from the People's Republic of China
On 5/29/20, President Trump issued a proclamation suspending the entry of certain Chinese nationals seeking to enter the United States on an F or J visa to study or conduct research in the United States, with noted exceptions.
