USCIS Announces Information Regarding EB-5 Regional Center Audits

USCIS provides information regarding EB-5 regional center audits as they must be audited once every five years. Starting April 23, USCIS will generally use Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards, also known as the Yellow Book, when it audits EB-5 regional centers.
