USCIS Announces Proposal to Adjust Fee Schedule

USCIS announced that DHS will publish a notice of proposed rulemaking to adjust the USCIS Immigration Examinations Fee Account (IEFA) fee schedule. The proposal would adjust USCIS IEFA fee schedules by a weighted average increase of 21 percent.
