USCIS Announces Final Rule to Expand Provisional Waiver Eligibility

USCIS announced a 7/29/16 final rule which expands eligibility for the provisional waiver to all individuals who are statutorily eligible for the waiver of the unlawful presence ground of inadmissibility. The rule goes into effect 8/29/16 and USCIS will post an updated Form I-601A on that date.
