ICYMI: USCIS Announces Temporary Waiver of “60-Day Rule” for Form I-693

USCIS is temporarily waiving the requirement that the civil surgeon’s signature on Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, be dated no more than 60 days before an applicant files for the underlying immigration benefit. Policy is effective 12/9/21 through 9/30/22. Comments are due by 1/10/22.
