USCIS Sent Letter to Congress on B-1/B-2 Proposed Regulation

USCIS sent a letter to Congress on proposed regulations related to B-1/B-2 visas, stating that the proposed revisions will clarify the criteria for according B-1 or B-2 nonimmigrant classification as well as a review of existing policies related to “B-1 in lieu of H-1/H-3.”
