USCIS Issues a Case Transfer Update

USCIS issued a notice about recent case transfers between Service Centers. The VSC transferred 20,000 cap-subject H-1Bs to the TSC and 6,000 cap-subject H-1Bs to the NSC. The VSC also transferred 20,000 I-130s to the CSC. In addition, all pending I-360’s have been transferred to the CSC.
