USCIS Completes the H-1B Cap Random Selection Process for FY2019

USCIS announced that on 4/11/18, it used a computer-generated random selection process to select enough H-1B petitions to meet the congressionally mandated cap and the U.S. advanced degree exemption for FY2019. Unselected petitions will be rejected and returned with their filing fees.
