USCIS Final Rule Revising EB-5 Regulations
USCIS final rule making several major revisions to the EB-5 regulations, including providing priority date retention to certain EB-5 investors and increasing the required minimum investment amounts. The final rule is effective 11/21/19, and will apply to petitioners who file on or after the effective date. (84 FR 35750, 7/24/19)
