USCIS Issued Reminder Regarding Form I-693 for Applicants with Pending Form I-485

12/9/24 AILA Doc. No. 24121301. Adjustment of Status
USCIS issued a reminder that a Form I-693 that is properly completed and signed by a civil surgeon on or after 11/1/23, may be used indefinitely as evidence. Further, if an RFE is issued for Form I-693 for a pending Form I- 485, the Form I-693 must be provided even if the visa has retrogressed.
