USCIS Makes Form I-130 Available for Online Filing

USCIS announced that petitioners can now complete and file Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, online. Online filing allows individuals to submit forms electronically, check case status, and receive USCIS notices. Individuals must create a USCIS online account to fill the form online.
