Business Immigration, H-1B & H-1B1 Specialty Occupation, L-1 Intracompany Transferee
P.L. 114-133 increased the fees for certain H-1B and L-1 petitions postmarked on or after 12/18/15. USCIS may reject petitions received on or after 2/11/16 that do not include the additional fee, if applicable. USCIS may issue RFEs to determine whether the additional fee applies.
