USCIS Policy Alert: False Claims to U.S. Citizenship Ground of Inadmissibility

USCIS issued guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual to address the false claim to U.S. citizenship ground of inadmissibility under section 212(a)(6)(C)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Guidance is effective 12/14/16 and comments are due by 12/28/16.
