USCIS update to guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual regarding health-related grounds of inadmissibility in accordance with the HHS rulemaking updating Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 34 (42 CFR 34).
Guidance is effective 3/28/16 and is controlling and supersedes any prior guidance.
Comments are due by 11/16/16.
