USCIS Policy Alert Rescinding Guidance on Tenant-Occupancy Methodology for EB-5 Cases

USCIS revised guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual to reflect that USCIS no longer considers tenant-occupancy methodology to satisfy the EB-5 program requirement of presenting a reasonable methodology to support economically or statistically valid forecasting tools. The guidance is effective 5/15/18, and comments will be accepted until 5/29/18.
