USCIS Provides Guidance on Completing Form I-9 for Venezuelan TPS Beneficiaries

USCIS announced that EADs with a Category Code of A12 or C19 and a Card Expires date of 3/10/24 or 9/9/22 associated with the 2021 TPS designation of Venezuela expire on 3/10/25. Employers must reverify 2021 TPS Venezuela beneficiaries who presented these EADs before they start work on 3/11/25. Beneficiaries of the 2023 TPS Venezuela who presented an EAD with Category Code A12 or C19 and an expiration date of 4/2/25 must be reverified before they start work on 4/3/25.
