USCIS Provides Litigation-Related Update on CHNV

4/18/25 AILA Doc. No. 25041862. Humanitarian Parole

USCIS provided an update stating that the parole termination notices that were sent to noncitizens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela pursuant to the 3/25/25 Federal Register notice are stayed following a court order and are not currently in effect. No new requests for CHNV parole will be processed.
