USCIS Releases Updated Medical Examination Policy Guidance for Afghan Parolees

USCIS announced that certain Afghan nationals applying for adjustment of status after evacuation under OAW can use the report of an immigration medical examination completed abroad by a panel physician to satisfy the requirement usually demonstrated on Form I-693.
