USCIS Revises Policy Manual Regarding Validity Period for Form I-693

USCIS issued a policy alert with updated guidance for the Policy Manual, stating that effective 11/1/18, it will require applicants to submit a Form I-693 that is signed by a civil surgeon no more than 60 days before filing the underlying immigration application. Comments are due by 10/29/18.
