USCIS Conducts Second Random Selection for Previously Submitted FY2022 H-1B Cap Registrations

USCIS announced that it needed to select additional registrations to reach the FY2022 numerical allocations, and on 7/28/21 it selected previously submitted electronic registrations using a random selection process.
