USCIS to Publish Revised Form I-539 and New Form I-539A
USCIS announced that on 3/11/19, it will publish a revised Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, and a new Form I-539A to replace the Supplement A in previous versions of Form I-539. Starting on 3/11/19, USCIS will only accept I-539s with a 2/4/19 edition date.
